Alley 91 is a special Spring exhibition created from the inspiration of old family memories of Founder Duy Phan and imagination of Chef Hanh Le. A simulation of the life of two small families selling groceries and beverages inspired by the memories of Duy's grandparents which they opened their first business in 1969. Here, diners can experience a cozy yet fun atmosphere of the slow pace of life in the past.
